About Us

Hi, my name is Debra Russell and I had my 57th birthday in January, 2010. The amazing thing is that I've never felt happier, more content, and more grateful in my life!

I've spent the last 20+ years coaching, consulting, speaking, and conducting trainings all over the world with people from all walks of life on how to create the success, fun, and fulfillment they desire. I'm grateful to say that what I share and coach people in is not something I've only learned in books and seminars but what I've applied in my own life. I'm living proof that change is possible.

Now, through my own life experience of menopause and my continued education, I have the wonderful opportunity to support women to make this one of the best times of their lives!

Just to know me a bit better...

I've managed to create a life I love in spite of surviving a very difficult childhood in Mississippi, three marriages by the age of 22 (I know it's unbelievable but true), being on welfare, and raising my two children on my own. In spite of the low self-confidence and self-esteem I've dealt - I finally decided to change my life and it's been a fascinating and wonderful adventure ever since!

In my early 30's, I became committed to learning and applying personal improvement philosophies and skills in my life. Within one year, I had made major changes in my personal life and doubled my income as a hairstylist. Within four years, I had attained a coveted position as General Manager of Tony Robbins' multi-million dollar training organization where my team and I increased profits in the events by 300% in the first year! Talk about a self-confidence booster!

Since deciding to build my own training, consulting, and coaching business, I have worked with companies like McDonald's, Robbins Research International, Inc., GEO Strategic Services, Bama Foods, Northshore Medical, just to name a few. I've given seminars in Breakthrough Thinking to entire organizations, worked at the executive level in strategic planning and implementation, helped in insuring smooth transitions in large mergers, built cross-cultural teams in organizations, trained managers in being seamless in their ability to handle conflicts, trained sales teams and non-sales team members in the art of influencing, among many other projects. But with all that I've done...

My passion and my focus now are in two arenas:

1. To support all the fabulous women out there to embrace, enjoy, and thrive in the transformative years surrounding menopause.
